LONG-TERM PROGRAM
Duration: minimum 6-month program
Location: CTAcademy hubs – Antibes, France and Montecatini Terme, Italy – Discover our locations
Application Deadline: 3 months in advance
Goal: Define a personalised professional development path for the rider, based on individual sporting objectives and in collaboration with the CTAcademy technical team, focusing on performance, competitive progression and long-term growth.

The CTAcademy Long-Term Program is the professional pathway designed by the technical team to support athletes in achieving their long-term goals. Through a holistic and modern approach, the program aims to educate riders beyond in-saddle training, providing the knowledge and skills necessary to build a successful career in equestrian sports as true professionals. Whether the goal is to advance to a higher competition category, prepare for a championship, or achieve international Grand Prix-level readiness, the program offers a structured and comprehensive pathway to reach peak performance.
360° APPROACH
After defining the objectives, the Managing Team analyzes the rider-horse partnership from a 360° perspective, developing an action plan that covers every crucial area: Physical, Technical, Mental, and Managerial.
PROGRAM TYPE
The Long-Term Program is offered in two distinct variations:
LONG-TERM TECHNICAL PROGRAM
Focused on technical mastery, this program provides comprehensive training in riding, competition management, horse care in your absence, and full horse management.
- LONG-TERM PRO PROGRAM
This is our most comprehensive professional program, with a minimum duration of six months, offering intensive multidisciplinary training. The program covers a wide range of activities, including riding training, competition management, horse care during rider absences, overall horse management, athletic training, mental coaching, and social media and sponsorship consultancy.
EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITIES
Beyond these core disciplines, athletes who join the program have the opportunity to participate in exclusive events organized by the Academy, attend specialized training sessions with our horsemanship trainers, and take part in special initiatives by Cavalleria Toscana and RG_Riders Gene.
Through their annual membership, riders also gain access to exclusive competitions, special discounts from sponsor brands, and the chance to feature in advertising campaigns with our partners.
