#CTAcademy lands in Lithuania at Harmony Park in Vaizgakiemis, Lithuania.

Organized with the support of Trona Equestrian and the Lithuania Equestrian Federation, this event will share the modern vision of equestrian sports practice.

In this 4-day immersion, participants will attend lectures and training held by the CTAcademy Technical Team and enter the Modern Era of Showjumping:

* Technical Trainings classes held by the academy’s technical manager, Matteo Giunti, to discover how to prepare the horses for Jumping through flatwork, polework and gymnastic exercises;
* Mental Coaching classes to understand how to develop your mental skills in sports performance;
* Physical Training to prepare your body for our specific discipline understanding all exercises that can benefit your balance and mobility while riding;
* Social Media Marketing class to discover how to use social media to develop your digital identity and promote yourself as an equestrian athlete;
